The hot DIP galvanizing AND pretreatment process adopts the advanced hot DIP galvanizing process of Germany Bailin company. The products processed have the advantages of uniform coating, beautiful appearance, strong adhesion and long corrosion resistance time. The production process adopts the most advanced production process in Europe, the maximum output can reach 9 tons/hour, the output is 1.5 times higher than the production line of similar grade. In terms of environmental protection, we have adopted advanced plating aid iron removal regeneration equipment, acid fog recovery system, flue gas waste heat utilization system so as to improve the protection of the surrounding environment.
